Terms and Conditions – Transfer N Threadz

1. General

By placing an order with Transfer N Threadz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all embroidery, printing, and custom design services provided.


2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. Changes may affect pricing.

  • Additional work requested after approval may incur extra charges.


3. Orders & Approval

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or invoice approval).

  • Customers are responsible for checking and approving artwork, spelling, colours, and sizes before production.

  • Once approval is given, no changes can be made without additional cost.


4. Payment

  • Payment terms: Full payment required before production / 50% deposit to secure you order and date

  • Orders will not begin until payment is received.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal, Afterpay, Credit Card

  • Late payments may delay order completion.


5. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 5–10 working days, depending on order size and complexity.

  • Urgent/rush orders incur 15% additional fees.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.


6. Custom & Personalised Items

  • All embroidered and printed items are custom-made 

  • For this reason, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.


7. Customer-Supplied Items

  • Items supplied by customers are accepted at the customer’s own risk.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by printing/embroidery processes.

  • No refunds or replacements will be given for customer-supplied items.


8. Design & Artwork

  • Customers must have permission to use any logos, images, or designs supplied.

  • You confirm that your artwork does not infringe on copyright or trademarks.

  • Transfer N Threadz is not responsible for copyright breaches by customers.


9. Color & Size Variations

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric types, and printing methods.

  • Minor variations in size, placement, or stitching are normal and not considered faults.


10. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cancelled after production has started will still be charged in full.

  • Changes requested after approval will result in extra charges and delays.


11. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made within 5 working days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned for inspection before any replacement or refund is considered.

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered.


12. Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds on customized items unless defective/ Decision will be made to refund or redo

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No Refunds on Change of mind/ Misunderstanding
  • Credit notes may be considered

13. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays.

  • Risk passes to the customer once goods are dispatched.

  • Orders not collected within 30 days may be disposed of.


14. Liability

  • Transfer N Threadz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.


15. Privacy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for business purposes.

  • We do not share personal details without consent.


16. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by Transfer N Threadz remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

  • Designs may not be reused without permission.


17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply issues, power outages).


18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.


19. Acceptance

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
