Made-to-Order Items
All our products are made to order and crafted with care to meet your requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our items, standard production time is 5–10 working days, unless otherwise stated.
We appreciate your patience while we create something special for you.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, cancellations are not accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refund Process
If a return is approved, the item will be inspected upon receipt. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
